At Anarchy Bat Company, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are hitting with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the bat or apparel is in its original, unused condition with all tags and protective plastic wrapping intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our designated returns warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
